Tukairangi Investments Limited

In 2014, the Trust recognised the need to spread its risk by diversifying its asset base and established a subsidiary company called Tukairangi Investments Ltd. Tukairangi Investments looks for investment opportunities that support the long-term profitability and sustainability of the Trust in non-kiwifruit investments.

Tukairangi Investments Ltd is approximately 10% of the overall Trust investment allocation but aims to reach 30% in due course. Through this subsidiary, we pursue the following investment avenues:

• Commercial buildings
• Non-kiwifruit shares and equity investments
• Partnerships
• Direct investments
