At the Ngāi Tukairangi Trust Annual General Meeting held on Saturday, 1 November 2025, the Board of Trustees identified an irregularity in the wording of the Trust’s proxy form. Specifically, the form listed witness options that are not permitted under the Trust Deed, rendering some proxy forms invalid. This issue was discussed at the AGM and attendees supported the Board’s proposal to rectify the matter.
To ensure compliance with the Trust Deed and maintain the integrity of the election process, the Board resolved to adjourn the election to the following date and time:
Date: Sunday, 16 November 2025. Time: 10:00am Venue: Te Awanui Huka Pak 221 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui 3116.
GHA will act as the Returning Officer for the adjourned election process.
