• Dividend of $1,850,000 was approved for payment to shareholders
• William Buck Audit appointed as the auditor for the year ended 28 February 2020
• $150,000 is set aside for tertiary scholarships, community, cultural, sporting and kaumatua 65+ health grants. discretionary grants, summer internships
• Carlo Ellis and Joshua Gear retired by rotation, and both being eligible offered themselves for re-election

• Joshua Gear and James Lambert were elected as Trustees

• Kaumatua Health Grant – funding provided to Waipu Hauora of $2,000 for the purpose of assisting Kaumatua 70 years and older with their health needs.

along with Helen Te Kani  and Tio Faulkner
